Looking at these images just makes Tom Petty's song start playing in my head as I remember the golden light and the sound of laughter. Helen and Logan are two of my favorite people, so meeting them on the most stunningly gorgeous of summer evenings to take their maternity photos was such a treat. I'm not joking, there were actually deer strolling by, birds chirping, and I was waiting for woodland fairies to emerge at any moment from this idyllic setting.
I had scouted the perfect place for our session and Evans Creek Preserve does not disappoint.

always time for fun
One of the things I adore about this couple is their sense of humor! We ended our summer session with the two breaking out their favorite Mariners jerseys. Logan was <ahem> very "supportive" as Helen attempted to button it up.
Embrace your inner goddess
As if romping with these two beautiful people in a field full of yellow flowers and tall grasses wasn't enough fun, we also wanted to have a more glamorous studio session for Helen as well. Since it had been too hot for her to wear some of her long maternity gowns that day, we decided to add-on a studio session as well to showcase that gorgeous mama-to-be glow.
